Jim Pattison Toyota Downtown is looking for an enthusiastic customer-focused and goal-oriented Car Sales Consultant to join our a Car Sales Consultant youll help customers find the right vehicle by guiding them through every step of the purchasing process while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Youll represent one of the most trusted automotive brands in the industry and build lasting relationships with you have previous automotive sales experience or are looking to start a rewarding career in the automotive industry wed love to hear from you. We offer comprehensive training to motivated individuals with a strong work ethic a positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.A day in the LifeAs a Car Sales Consultant you will be responsible for guiding customers through the entire vehicle purchase journey while delivering a premium customer experience aligned with the Toyota and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner both in store and through phone and online rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle vehicle presentations and test pricing financing options and assist in structuring deals in collaboration with accurate and consistent follow up using CRM tools to manage leads and customer vehicle deliveries and ensure a seamless handover develop product knowledge and stay up to date on OEMfeatures technology and market to team success by maintaining a positive attitude and strong work Were Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent to obtain a VSA be available all days of the week including evenings and weekends. Shifts will average 40 hours per week.
