Job description
Join Schneider Electric's Home Energy organization and play a key role in developing the next generation of residential energy technologies. From battery energy storage systems to EV charging solutions, you will lead complex product development programs that bring together electronics, embedded systems, software, cloud connectivity and mechanical engineering to deliver innovative energy solutions to customers worldwide.

As a Technical Program Manager, you will drive execution across multidisciplinary teams, partnering closely with Engineering, Product Management, Industrialization and Supply Chain to guide products from concept through launch. You will help navigate technical complexity, align stakeholders around shared objectives and contribute to the successful delivery of innovative connected energy solutions that are shaping the future of home electrification.

What you'll be doing

Lead complex product development programs from concept through launch, driving alignment across Engineering, Product Management, Industrialization, Supply Chain and other key stakeholders.

Own program execution by defining roadmaps, building and maintaining project plans, establishing clear milestones, and ensuring workstreams remain aligned with business and technical objectives.

Coordinate multidisciplinary development activities across Hardware, Firmware, Software, Mechanical and Compliance teams, helping translate complexity into clear priorities, deliverables and measurable outcomes.

Partner closely with engineering leaders and technical experts to navigate technical challenges, evaluate trade‑offs, support decision‑making and maintain momentum across critical initiatives.

Proactively identify risks, dependencies, resource constraints and potential roadblocks, developing mitigation plans and driving timely resolution to support successful program delivery.

Act as a central point of coordination across the program, fostering collaboration, maintaining visibility, and ensuring stakeholders remain informed, aligned and accountable.

Communicate program status, priorities, risks and key decisions to technical and business stakeholders, tailoring messaging to different audiences and supporting effective decision‑making.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of program management practices, processes and tools while helping strengthen collaboration across global teams.

What you bring

Experience developing complex products involving electronics, embedded systems, firmware, software and/or mechanical engineering.

Experience leading cross‑functional product development programs from concept through launch within hardware‑software integrated environments.

Ability to navigate technical challenges, evaluate trade‑offs and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.

Strong program planning and schedule management skills, including milestone planning, dependency management and risk mitigation.

Proven ability to build alignment and influence multidisciplinary technical and business stakeholders.

Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.

Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones.

Familiarity with Agile development practices and tools such as Jira, Confluence, JAMA or similar platforms.

You might also have

Experience developing connected products within energy technologies, battery storage, EV charging, IoT or similar hardware‑software environments.

Familiarity with residential energy systems, power electronics, product certification or regulatory requirements.

PMP, Agile or related project/program management certifications.

We recognize that skills and competencies can be developed through a variety of experiences, both professional and personal. Even if you don’t meet every single requirement listed, we still encourage you to apply. Your unique background and perspective could be exactly what we’re looking for.
