Openings are available across Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge.

This role is only for qualified practitioners in one of these disciplines:

Management Without Leaving Practice Behind At CARESPACE, management does not mean giving up client care.

Assistant Directors, Clinic Directors, and District Managers are practicing practitioners . They continue working with clients and multidisciplinary teams while also leading standards, culture, performance, coaching, and practitioner development.

You are not expected to carry a full practitioner schedule and then manage the clinic in whatever time is left over.

The role is structured to balance:

Client care

Management responsibility

Team leadership

Coaching and practitioner support

Clinic performance

Licensed, registered, or appropriately qualified in one of the listed disciplines
