Participate in new product development including concept work, equipment specification, risk analysis, controls development, factory acceptance testing, commissioning, and training. Design, debug, and refine control platforms by building code that is impeccably organized, structured, documented, easily maintainable, and reusable. Develop, review, and maintain documentation, files, databases, drawings, and schematics to ensure the integrity of equipment control technologies. Implementation of robust control sequences that will optimize equipment efficiency and reliability. Support the service team during the start-up and commissioning process. How you will do it:

Good knowledge of electrical and control engineering principles and techniques Good knowledge of electrical and manufacturing standards like CSA, UL, and the National Electrical Code (NEC) Good knowledge of engineering principles, including thermodynamics laws and principles. Ability to perform strong risk analysis. Strong problem-solving skills, with effective troubleshooting and resolution of technical challenges. What we look for:

Required Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, Mechanical. Bilingual English and French. 5 - 10 years’ experience of experience in industrial or commercial refrigeration. Preferred: New Product Introduction (NPI) experience SALARY RANGE:

Participer au développement de nouveaux produits, notamment aux travaux de conception, à la spécification des équipements, à l’analyse des risques, au développement des systèmes de contrôle, aux essais d’acceptation en usine (FAT), à la mise en service et à la formation. Concevoir, déboguer et optimiser des plateformes de contrôle en développant un code structuré, bien documenté, facile à maintenir et réutilisable. Développer, réviser et maintenir la documentation, les fichiers, les bases de données, les dessins techniques et les schémas afin d’assurer l’intégrité des technologies de contrôle des équipements. Mettre en œuvre des séquences de contrôle robustes afin d’optimiser l’efficacité et la fiabilité des équipements. Soutenir l’équipe de service lors des phases de démarrage et de mise en service des équipements. Comment vous y parviendrez

Bonne connaissance des principes et techniques du génie électrique et de l’ingénierie des systèmes de contrôle. Bonne connaissance des normes électriques et manufacturières telles que CSA, UL et le Code canadien de l’électricité ainsi que le National Electrical Code (NEC). Bonne connaissance des principes d’ingénierie, notamment des lois et principes de la thermodynamique. Capacité à réaliser des analyses de risques rigoureuses.
