Join Flair Vacations' Marketing team, where creative design and compelling visual content bring travel experiences to life and support business growth. Reporting to the Director, Marketing, the Graphic Designer is responsible for designing and producing creative assets that support marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and promotional programs. This role develops engaging content across digital and print channels to strengthen brand awareness, enhance customer engagement, and support commercial objectives. Working closely with the Marketing team, internal stakeholders, creative agencies, tourism boards, hotel partners, and other external partners, the Graphic Designer creates static graphics, motion graphics, and video content for digital advertising, email marketing, websites, social media, and other customer‑facing platforms. The role ensures creative assets are delivered on time, aligned with brand standards, and optimized for use across multiple marketing channels. A Day in the Life:

Design and produce high-quality creative assets for digital, social media, email marketing, websites, paid advertising, travel trade initiatives, print collateral, and other marketing channels. Develop creative concepts and visual solutions that align with the Company’s brand standards while supporting the continued evolution of the Flair Vacations brand. Create compelling promotional materials that effectively communicate travel offers, destinations, products, and customer experiences across multiple platforms. Design and produce website banners, landing pages, digital advertisements, promotional materials, brochures, presentations, and other marketing collateral. Create motion graphics, animations, and short‑form video content optimized for social media, digital advertising, websites, and other digital platforms. Edit and enhance video content to support marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, and brand storytelling. Collaborate with the Marketing team and internal stakeholders to translate campaign objectives into engaging and effective visual content. Ensure all creative assets are visually compelling, brand compliant, accurate, and delivered within established timelines. Perform quality assurance reviews of creative assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards before publication. Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while effectively prioritizing competing deadlines and business requirements. Maintain and organize digital creative assets, templates, and brand resources to support efficient campaign execution. Stay current on graphic design trends, motion design, emerging creative technologies, AI design tools, and digital marketing best practices, recommending new ideas that enhance the Company’s creative capabilities. Collaborate with external agencies, tourism boards, hotel partners, printers, and other vendors to support the successful delivery of marketing initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned. What You Bring to the Role:

Education: Diploma or bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, or a related field. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia design, visual communications, or a related creative role. Experience creating digital and print marketing materials that support brand and promotional campaigns. Experience producing motion graphics, animations, and short‑form video content for digital marketing channels. Experience working within established brand guidelines while supporting multiple projects and deadlines. Experience within the travel, tourism, hospitality, airline, or other consumer‑focused industry is considered an asset. Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro. Proficiency with Figma and Canva for creative asset development and collaboration. Strong graphic design, typography, layout, branding, motion graphics, animation, and video editing skills. Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and creative specifications for Meta, Google Display, YouTube, TikTok, Connected TV, and other digital channels. Ability to create engaging visual content that aligns with brand standards and marketing objectives. Excellent visual storytelling, creative thinking, and problem‑solving skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize competing deadlines, and maintain exceptional attention to detail. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners. Knowledge of digital accessibility, responsive design principles, and content optimization for web and email marketing. Experience with AI‑powered creative tools, photography, photo retouching, storyboarding, illustration, video production, or digital asset management (DAM) systems is considered an asset.
