Sodexo is growing! We are looking for a Van Driver/Stock Worker to join our dynamic team. This position is a full-time role (FULL TIME). You will be offered is a great team environment, work/life balance and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction.

During your mandate it will be your responsibility to verify and maintain records of incoming and outgoing deliveries (including a driving log), prepare items for delivery, receive, lift, move, and stock items where directed. You will be required to compare incoming and outgoing deliveries with delivery notes, invoices, purchase orders or other documents to ensure compliance.
You will be responsible for unpacking and examining the receipt of all goods, returning damaged items, recording deficiencies.You will be required to fill orders, remove supplies from the kitchen and stockroom and rotate inventory to ensure freshness. You will use the internal inventory tracking system, prepare goods for distribution including transportation and storage. You will be responsible for moving or transporting materials or supplies to other departments as required using manual or industrial carts.
You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of storage areas by sweeping and mopping. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety of the inventory in the warehouse and/or refrigerator/freezer. You will be required to comply with all Sodexo, facility, local, state and federal safety requirements.
You will be attending training programs (classroom and virtual) as needed, comply with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures, perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures, participate in regular safety meetings, safety training and hazard assessments. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned as required
You must obtain a high school diploma, GED or equivalent experience. No previous work experience is necessary. A valid driver's license and driver's abstract are required for this position.
