Quantity Surveyor - Construction / Commercial Projects (BBBH277258) Dunfermline, Scotland

Salary: GBP50000 - GBP60000 per annum + Training + Progression + Benefits Quantity Surveyor (Construction / Commercial Projects) Dunfermline (Commutable from Edinburgh, Kirkcaldy, Rosyth, Cowdenbeath, Inverkeithing, Livingston) Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking to join a well established company offering long term career progression, project variety and the opportunity to play a key role within a growing Commercial team? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful business where you'll work across a range of New Build, Social Housing and Commercial projects, taking ownership of contracts while benefiting from ongoing professional development and genuine progression opportunities. This company is a well established manufacturer and contractor with an excellent reputation across the construction sector. Due to continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their Commercial team with an experienced Quantity Surveyor. In this role you will be responsible for managing commercial contracts from start to finish, including valuations, pricing variations, contract administration and client liaison. Working closely with the Head of Commercial, you'll play an important role in the successful delivery of projects while building strong relationships with clients and internal teams. This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor with commercial contract experience looking to join a stable, growing business offering long term progression and the opportunity to make a real impact. The Role:

Manage New Build, Social Housing and Commercial projects Review contracts, submit valuations and price variations Client facing role with regular site visits Office based in Dunfermline The Person:

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar Experience managing commercial contracts Strong communication and organisational skills Commutable to Dunfermline Reference Number: BBBH277258
