We are growing across Canada and North America, so have an opportunity for a Senior Mining Engineer to join our Vancouver team as a Senior Mining Consultant. We are looking for a senior underground mining professional, ideally with exposure to Deswik software. You will have experience in operational mine planning (design and scheduling), feasibility studies, optimisation strategies, and general mine projects.
Deswik, a Sandvik owned company, is a global leader in mine planning software and consulting, with over 500 professionals across 21 offices globally. Our tools are used at over 1,000+ sites worldwide, and we invest heavily in R&D to stay ahead. We’re proud to be part of the mining industry's digital transformation.
Given Deswik's global reach, the successful candidate may be required to travel up to 40% of the year, typically within North America.
