You combine strong organisational, analytical and communication skills with hands‑on technical knowledge across staging, lighting, sound and logistics. You thrive in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments. You’re detail‑oriented yet innovative, able to anticipate challenges, negotiate solutions and think strategically about how to create compelling, seamless live experiences.

This role requires both operational rigor and creative problem‑solving. Candidates should be passionate about live entertainment and event production, with the ability to balance technical feasibility, vision and financial targets.
