Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.Job Description:Required Experience:8+ years of experience working as a Business System Analyst – requirements planning, data mapping, analysis, use case development, and documentation.5+ years of Banking experience in Data Analysis or Business Analysis.Description:Plan and execute detailed system requirements phases and identify, track, and resolve business systems issues.Assess, research, analyze, and document stakeholder needs using the recommended or appropriate information-gathering and data-modeling techniques to elicit requirements.Contribute to the successful completion of project objectives with high quality, within budget, and on time.Review test plans, scenarios, and test cases as needed.Support Development, Quality Assurance, and User Acceptance Testing activities.Build and maintain a repository of reusable system documentation.Identify risks, dependencies, assumptions, and constraints.Effectively communicate and build rapport with team members and stakeholders.The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 75,000 to 90,000Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
