Job description
We’re Hiring a Clinical Performance Lead Champion Clinical Excellence. At Anytime Dental Group, exceptional patient care is at the heart of everything we do. As our network of clinics continues to grow, we are looking for a passionate Clinical Performance Lead to help elevate the consistency, quality, and excellence of care delivered across our organization. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced clinician who is passionate about mentorship, clinical quality, and continuous improvement. Rather than treating patients full-time, you'll work alongside our Associate Dentists and clinic teams to provide coaching, education, and support that strengthens clinical decision-making and enhances patient outcomes. About the Role

The Clinical Performance Lead will support clinical excellence across our Ontario clinics through chart audits, treatment plan reviews, clinical coaching, and quality assurance initiatives. Working collaboratively with our doctors, operations leaders, and learning teams, you'll identify opportunities to enhance patient care, promote evidence-based dentistry, and ensure consistency in clinical standards across the organization. This is a field-based role requiring regular travel throughout Ontario. What You'll Be Doing

Conduct clinical chart audits to evaluate documentation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and clinical quality. Review treatment plans and provide constructive coaching to Associate Dentists to support evidence-based clinical decision-making. Partner with doctors to identify opportunities to improve patient communication, case acceptance, and comprehensive care planning. Develop educational resources, clinical training sessions, and best practice guidelines. Support the implementation of clinical standards, quality assurance programs, and regulatory compliance initiatives. Analyze audit findings and identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations for continuous improvement. Collaborate with Operations and Clinical Leadership to support underperforming clinics through coaching and action plans. Mentor new Associate Dentists and support their integration into the Anytime Dental Group philosophy of care. Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and clinical excellence. Act as a trusted clinical resource for dentists and clinic leaders across the organization. What We're Looking For

Dental degree (DDS, DMD, or equivalent) with a strong understanding of clinical dentistry and comprehensive treatment planning. Current practicing dentist, former dentist, or internationally trained dentist seeking a non-clinical leadership opportunity. Minimum 5 years of clinical dental experience with demonstrated excellence in patient care and treatment planning. Experience mentoring, coaching, educating, or leading clinicians is considered a strong asset. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility and trust with clinicians at all levels. Confident and professional in delivering constructive feedback and navigating difficult conversations with empathy, respect, and accountability. A natural influencer who can inspire change, gain buy-in, and foster a culture of continuous learning and clinical excellence. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to review clinical documentation, identify trends, and make evidence-based recommendations. Comfortable presenting educational sessions, facilitating clinical discussions, and coaching both individual clinicians and groups. Willingness to travel regularly throughout Ontario to support clinics across the Anytime Dental Group network. Why Join Anytime Dental Group?

At Anytime Dental Group, we’re building something different. We believe our people are our greatest strength, and we're committed to creating an environment where clinicians are supported, developed, and empowered to do their best work every day. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of our hygiene program, influence clinical excellence across a growing organization, and make a meaningful impact on both our teams and the patients we serve. Anytime Dental Group is proudly part of Passion Dental Group. About Passion Dental Group
