Our Auto Centre teams provide a convenient, one-stop experience — enabling customers to manage their auto claims, rentals, and repairs seamlessly in one location. We are focused on building lasting relationships through personalized service and care.

About the Role

As an Auto Claims Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting customers immediately following an accident. You will guide them through the claims process with empathy, professionalism, and expertise — ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience (Legendary Service)

  • Deliver a customer-first experience through empathy, active listening, and clear communication

  • Provide timely updates and guidance, ensuring customers feel supported during the claims process

  • Welcome and assist customers onsite, creating a professional and reassuring environment

Execution & Claim Management

  • Manage claims end-to-end, including coordinating towing, appraisals, repairs, and rentals

  • Ability to negotiate the Total Loss Settlement with the client

  • Maintain a high-volume caseload while ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely resolution

  • Review and reconcile repair estimates to support fair and appropriate settlements

  • Maintain detailed and accurate claims documentation

Analytical Thinking & Risk Management

  • Gather, assess, and validate information from multiple sources to support claim decisions

  • Apply policy knowledge to explain coverage and determine outcomes aligned with guidelines

  • Identify discrepancies and ensure claims are handled in accordance with regulatory and risk standards

Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors (e.g., repair shops, rental providers) to deliver seamless service

  • Contribute to team performance by supporting operational goals and maintaining productivity metrics

Growth & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop expertise in claims handling, coverage, and investigation practices

  • Contribute to process improvements and support a culture of continuous learning

  • Pursue professional development, including CIP designation (asset)

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of auto claims adjusting experience preferred; however, candidates with transferable skills and strong interest in claims are encouraged

  • Strong ability to manage high-volume workflows (100+ claims) with attention to detail

  • Proven customer service and communication skills

  • Effective time management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, investigate, and negotiate outcomes

  • Post-secondary education is an asset

  • Progress toward or completion of CIP designation is an asset
