Job Description Brossard, QC | Sur site, 5 jours/semaine

Notre client, un leader mondial des technologies pour bâtiments intelligents (chauffage, ventilation, climatisation et sécurité incendie), est à la recherche d'un(e) Coordonnateur/Coordonnatrice EHS de site pour son établissement manufacturier/industriel de Brossard.

Ce que vous ferez: Santé, sécurité et environnement (EHS):

Réaliser des tournées et inspections de sécurité quotidiennes/hebdomadaires sur le site

Mener des enquêtes d'incident, de la documentation à la mise en place de mesures correctives

Identifier et analyser les dangers en milieu de travail; réaliser des évaluations de risque

Maintenir les dossiers de conformité EHS, les registres de formation et la documentation réglementaire

Coordonner les rencontres de sécurité et les communications EHS du site

Soutenir l'accueil des employés et des sous-traitants et assurer le respect des exigences de sécurité du site

Coordonner les activités de formation avec des fournisseurs externes, développer du contenu de formation et l'administrer aux travailleurs

Participer aux plans de préparation aux urgences, aux exercices et à la coordination des interventions

Gérer l'inventaire des ÉPI et soutenir les achats liés à l'EHS

Maintenir le site en état de préparation constante aux audits, internes et externes

Assurer la liaison avec l'équipe EHS corporative pour garantir la conformité légale, réglementaire et corporative (CNESST et réglementation fédérale)

Tenir à jour les bases de données des indicateurs de performance EHS (KPI)

Maintenir une communication productive avec les représentants des organismes gouvernementaux

Soutien administratif :

Commander les fournitures de bureau et coordonner avec les fournisseurs

Soutenir l'accueil de nouveau personnel

Assurer diverses tâches administratives liées aux opérations quotidiennes du bureau

Ce que vous apportez:

3 à 5 ans d'expérience en coordination EHS, idéalement en milieu manufacturier/industriel

Solide connaissance de la CNESST et de la réglementation fédérale en santé-sécurité

Expérience avérée en inspections de sécurité, évaluations de risque et enquêtes d'incident

Bilinguisme français/anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit

À l'aise pour gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement de site rapide

Atout: certification ASP / CRSP / hygiène industrielle

Atout: expérience en audits EHS (internes ou externes)

Atout: expérience préalable en coordination administrative/de bureau

À noter: La maîtrise de l'anglais est requise en raison de la participation à des réunions, conférences, formations ou projets conduits en anglais, ainsi que des communications avec des fournisseurs et organismes anglophones.

EHS Site Coordinator:

Brossard, QC | On-site, 5 days/week

Our client, a global leader in smart building technologies (HVAC and fire safety), is looking for an EHS Site Coordinator for its manufacturing/industrial facility in Brossard.

What you'll do: Environmental Health & Safety (EHS):

Conduct daily/weekly site safety walkthroughs and inspections

Lead incident investigations, from documentation through corrective actions

Identify and analyze workplace hazards; conduct risk assessments

Maintain EHS documentation, training records, and compliance files

Coordinate site safety meetings and EHS communications

Support employee and contractor onboarding and ensure adherence to site safety requirements

Coordinate training activities with external services, develop training content and administer it to workers

Assist with emergency preparedness plans, drills, and response coordination

Manage PPE inventory and support EHS-related procurement

Ensure the site is always audit‑ready and support internal or external EHS audits

Coordinate with the corporate EHS team to ensure legal, regulatory, and corporate compliance (CNESST and federal regulations)

Maintain databases of EHS KPIs

Ensure productive communication with external representatives of governmental agencies

Administrative support:

Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors

Support onboarding of new personnel

Perform general administrative tasks supporting daily office operations

What you bring:

3-5 years of EHS coordination experience, ideally in a manufacturing/industrial setting

Strong knowledge of CNESST and federal EHS regulations

Proven experience running safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations

Bilingual French/English, spoken and written

Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced site environment

Nice-to-have: ASP / CRSP / industrial hygiene certification

Nice-to-have: experience with EHS audits (internal or external)

Nice-to-have: prior admin/office coordination exposure

Please note: Proficiency in English is required due to participation in meetings, conferences, training, or projects conducted in English, as well as communication with English‑speaking vendors and agencies.
