This role involves business development (Client Management and Acquisition) and full cycle recruitment (Professional and Executive). The ideal candidate is an experienced Senior Recruiter, tenured in the art of placement and passionate about serving clients for both privately held and not for profit organizations and across various industries. The successful applicant will be a values driven, natural connector, one who builds trusted sustainable partnerships with clients and candidates.
