WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a collaborative, curious and agile Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a contract through June 20, 2027. You'll partner with hiring managers across a variety of business functions, leading end-to-end recruitment while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

PAY RANGE The anticipated base salary for this position is $ 70,000 to $ 75,000.

Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.

WHAT YOU'D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple business functions, hiring for a diverse range of roles from entry-level through Manager.

Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, providing consultative guidance on hiring strategies, market insights, and talent availability.

Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, including talent mapping, direct sourcing, networking, and pipeline building to attract diverse, high-quality talent.

Lead intake meetings to understand business objectives, role requirements, competencies, and timelines, adapting recruitment strategies as hiring priorities evolve.

Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience through proactive communication, strong partnerships, and a people-first approach.

Provide hiring recommendations and guide stakeholders throughout the selection process to support informed, fair, and timely hiring decisions.

Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to share best practices, develop attraction strategies, and drive continuous improvement across recruitment processes.

Ensure recruitment activities are completed in line with company processes, including headcount approvals, job requisitions, offer preparation, pre-employment checks, and onboarding coordination.

Partner with external recruitment agencies when required, providing clear direction and ongoing feedback to ensure successful candidate delivery.

Maintain accurate recruitment records and support Talent Acquisition projects, process improvements, and other team initiatives as business needs evolve.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE

2-3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, hiring across a variety of business functions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs.

Strong sourcing expertise, with a proven track record of building diverse talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, talent mapping, and creative recruitment strategies.

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships, influence hiring decisions, and deliver an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.

Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent searches, balance competing priorities, and exercise sound judgment, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Technology savvy, with experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools, alongside a solid understanding of recruitment best practices and employment standards.
