Therabodyis looking foran entrepreneurial,collaborativeandhigh-energy Marketing Manager, Canada to own and scale our brand nationwide. As our sole marketer on the ground, you will drive localized commercial campaigns, product launches, agency partners, events, and community programs. Based in Toronto, this role reports directly to the Marketing Director, Internationalbased inLondon, with a strategic dotted line to theCanadianSales team, based in Toronto. You will collaborate closely with international peers and cross-functional global functions (Digital, Social, Lifecycle, Media, and Merchandising) to growmarketing presence in Canada. Key Responsibilities

Brand & Marketing Activations

Localiseglobaland internationalbrand strategies into high-impact regional marketingplansthat protectTherabody'spremium positioning.Build and execute Canada's annualmarketing calendarin line with theInternationalmarketing strategyto support regionalsales objectives.Lead end-to-endmarketingexecution for new product introductionsand momentum activitiesacross retail, PR, influencer, and event channels. Influencer, Partnerships & Community Advocacy

Partner with local influencers, fitness professionals, and wellness advocates to generate authentic, localizedorganic influencer content andUGC.Build strategic partnerships with premium fitness studios, wellness centres, and sports organizations to grow ourCanadianfootprint.Scale brand advocacytargetingathletes, trainers, and ambassadors and executingseeding programs.Collaborate with digital and media teams to cross-leverage top-performinglocal contentcreator content across paid andownedchannels. Customer Reviews Generation Management

Architect and execute targeted campaigns to consistently drive high-quality, authentic customer reviews across DTC platforms and key Canadian retail partner websites.Monitorandanalyzecommunitysentiment, customerreviewsand brand trackingtooptimizelocal messaging and consumer education. Agency & Campaign Management

Serve as the primary, day-to-day point of contact forTherabody'sCanadian PR, creative, media, andactivationagency partners.Take end-to-end ownership of campaign briefs, asset delivery pipelines, and timeline tracking to ensure seamless execution.Monitor, track, and analyse campaign metrics, translating data into actionable reports, insights, and recommendations to optimise future marketing ROI. Events & Experiential Marketing

Concept, plan, and execute high-visibility consumer-facing and trade marketing events across Canada.Champion Therabody’s presence at elite marathonsand running events,fitness expos, and major industry conferences.Drive end-to-endlogistics, including budget management, event staffing, product inventory coordination, custom branded assets, and flawless on-site execution. Retail & Merchandising

Collaborate closely with the local Toronto sales team to support in-store retail marketing initiatives and visual merchandising executionsin line withGlobal merchandising guidelines.Coordinate bespoke local marketing and co-op promotional plans for key Canadian retail accounts. Budget & Reporting

Manage the regional marketing budget, including vendor contracts, invoice tracking, and PO generation.MonitormarketingKPIs and event metrics to deliver clear post-activation ROI reports and actionable insights to leadership. The Right Person Would Have:

5–10 years of progressive experience in brand marketing, PR, experiential marketing, partnerships, or agency account management,with a proventrack recordofhandling fast-paced accounts/cross-functional projects. Agency account management experience is highly preferred. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to confidently navigate matrixed reporting lines between local sales and global international leadership. Proven ability to work highly collaboratively with international marketing peers and seamlessly navigate matrixed global corporate functions (Digital, Social, Lifecycle, Media, Merchandising)and local Sales. Strong track recordmanaging multi-city events, local vendor networks, and regional activation budgets. Exceptional mindset of anindependent self-starter who thrives with autonomy and excels at working remotely from a regional corporate hub. Experience within the wellness, fitness, consumer electronics, premium lifestyle, apparel, or sports industries is highly desirable. Flexibility and willingness to travel across Canada for key marketing activations and events. Professional fluency in both English and French is highly desirable to effectively support and scale marketing initiatives within the Quebec market and across Canada. Passion forTherabody'smissiontoempowereverybody to live better, longer, healthier livesacrossperformance,wellnessand beauty categories. The pay range for this role is: 75,000 - 80,000 CAD per year(Canada)
