Soul of Miistaki is a grassroots not-for-profit in Alberta connecting people of all backgrounds to the traditional lands of Treaty 7 Indigenous peoples through inclusive outdoor experiences and cultural integration. We're growing, and we need a finance-minded volunteer to help us steward that growth responsibly.
As Treasurer, you'll provide financial oversight and governance leadership for our board, helping us budget wisely, stay compliant, and plan for a sustainable future. This is a volunteer, two-year board term.
3-4 board meetings a year (in person or online) plus about 4-8 hours a month reviewing statements and supporting planning.
This is a three-year volunteer term, with the opportunity for renewal.
By joining Soul of Miistaki's Board of Directors, you will help support the growth of an Indigenous-led organization creating meaningful connections between people, land, culture, and outdoor experiences.
