We are seeking our inaugural Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead our organic marketing initiatives and shape our brand narrative as we prepare for our Series B funding round. What you’ll do

• Formulate and oversee a comprehensive organic growth strategy across various platforms, including YouTube, LinkedIn, and Reddit, to enhance our brand visibility.
• Create a diverse range of B2B content, such as product documentation, customer success stories, educational resources, and thought leadership articles that resonate with our target audience.
• Collaborate closely with our founders and sales teams to transform product updates and customer achievements into compelling marketing campaigns that drive engagement.
• Conduct experiments across emerging acquisition channels to boost brand recognition and expand our sales pipeline effectively.
• Manage and optimize our SEO and Generative Engine Optimization strategies to enhance our online presence and visibility in AI-driven search results.
• Establish clear positioning and messaging for the Suger platform, ensuring our brand stands out in the competitive cloud go-to-market landscape.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, leveraging data insights to continuously refine our marketing strategies.
• Work in tandem with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure that our marketing efforts align with the needs of enterprise buyers, fostering a cohesive approach to customer engagement.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS or technology marketing, particularly within startup settings.
• Proven ability to distill complex technical software concepts into engaging and persuasive narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Hands‑on experience in generating content tailored for platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and Reddit.
• A track record of managing successful product launches and crafting messaging that appeals to technical audiences.
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms, such as n8n or Claude Code, to enhance content production efficiency.
• Experience in early‑stage environments where you have played a pivotal role in building marketing functions from scratch.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, revenue operations, cloud infrastructure, or marketplace products that can bring additional insights to our marketing efforts.
• Practical knowledge of SEO and Generative Engine Optimization techniques to improve our online visibility.
• Understanding of cloud alliance ecosystems or marketplaces, including GCP, AWS, or Azure, which can inform our marketing strategies.

Skills & tools

• Expertise in B2B SaaS Marketing

Practical notes

• The base salary for this position ranges from 110,000 to 150,000 CAD, commensurate with experience.
• In addition to a competitive salary, compensation includes equity options.

• Employees receive monthly stipends to cover lunch and commuting expenses.
• This role is hybrid, requiring presence in our office located at 321 Water St four days a week, allowing for collaboration and team engagement.
