THE TEAM

The mission of the Business Finance Department is to maximize Aritzias financial performance and drive business objectives through strategic financial insight.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Business Finance team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for producing insightful financial analysis effectively managing Aritzias financial assets and providing senior leadership with the required information and analysis to make informed business decisions. You will play a pivotal role in Aritzias future growth by providing strategic and innovative solutions to support the business in achieving both short and long-term corporate objectives. THE ROLE

As the Senior Manager / Manager Business Finance Supply Chain you will lead the team to:

• Drive financial insights and partner with the business to improve decision-making and profitability
• Deliver short and long-term forecasts that support departmental and corporate objectives and strategies
• Providethe business visibility into performance results with relevant and timelyinsights

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Manager / Manager Business Finance Supply Chain has:

• Proven skills certifications education and/or experience in:
  • FP&A ideally supporting supply chain distribution or logistics
  • Building financial models with complex data to generate insights that inform operational investment decisions
  • Data visualization and analytics tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau)
  • ERP systems SAP preferred
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzias Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.

The range for roles at this level is $100000 $300000 per year. Total compensation may include base bonus and/or equity depending on the role which has the potential to be greater than this range.
