At Village Auto Sales our Service Department continues to grow creating an exciting opportunity to add another experienced Service Manager to our leadership team.

Were looking for a hands-on leader who can support our expanding operations build a strong team improve processes and drive operational and financial results.

This role is responsible for leading daily service operations developing team members monitoring key performance indicators and maintaining high standards for productivity profitability customer satisfaction and manufacturer compliance.

What youll be doing:

• Lead all aspects of the service department including technicians advisors and workflow
• Drive shop productivity efficiency and profitability
• Build and execute plans to grow service revenue and RO count
• Manage scheduling work distribution and turnaround times
• Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and communication
• Monitor and improve key KPIs including labour gross effective labour rate and technician efficiency
• Collaborate with Sales Parts and Leadership to maximize total dealership performance
• Maintain strong organization across work orders warranty and internal processes
• Recruit develop and coach a high-performing team
• Take ownership of vehicle reconditioning including cleanup detailing and final preparation to ensure vehicles are customer-ready and meet dealership standards.

• Proven experience in a Service Manager or senior service leadership role
• Strong organizational and operational discipline
• A mindset focused on growth accountability and results
• Ability to manage both people and financial performance
• Experience in powersports automotive or a related industry is preferred
• Comfortable working across multiple product categories and brands
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Someone who takes ownership and treats the department like their own business
