Job Details

This role is in support of Cencoras patient and provider support and pharma commercialization services in Canada marketed through our Innomar Strategies business.

• Verifies transportation receipt storage and shipment information to support accurate movement of products and fleet-related assets.

• Updates warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details status changes and operational records to preserve data integrity.

• Tracks fleet activity shipment progress and inventory movement to support schedule adherence and timely issue identification.

• Prepares dispatch shipping receipt and related documentation to enable accurate transaction processing.

• Reviews routine exceptions involving deliveries returns inventory discrepancies or vehicle availability and routes unresolved issues.

• Confirms handling storage and movement requirements to support traceability loss prevention and fulfillment continuity.

Education:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience:

• 2 years of experience in warehouse support distribution operations shipping receiving inventory control material handling or a related field required.

Certifications:

• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent certification preferred.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Knowledge in fleet operations administration and transportation support processes.

• Knowledge in warehouse operations including receiving storage order preparation shipment processing and inventory movement.

• Knowledge in logistics documentation transaction controls and operational record maintenance.

• Knowledge in warehouse and transportation systems used for status updates tracking and transaction processing.

• Knowledge in loss prevention material handling and operational control requirements.

• Ability to process routine and moderately complex operational activities within established procedures.

• Ability to identify causes of routine operational issues analyze basic data and support issue resolution.

• Ability to maintain accurate operational records and transaction visibility across logistics workflows.

• Ability to communicate with internal and external contacts to obtain or provide operational information of moderate importance.

• Ability to support continuous improvement changes in systems and processes within defined guidelines.
