We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a commercial plazas in Winnipeg. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong tenant relationships, ensuring efficient property operations, and managing lease administration and financial obligations. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with commercial property management experience and proficiency in Yardi property management software.
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional tenant service and maintaining well-managed commercial properties. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent attention to detail and the ability to build positive working relationships with tenants, contractors, and clients.
Pay: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
