We currently have a full-time position available for a Commercial Lines Property Underwriter in our British Columbia branch. This role reports to the Commercial Lines Manager and is based out of our Vancouver office. The successful candidate will contribute to the achievement of a profitable and growing portfolio of business by effectively and efficiently underwriting risks. More specifically, the responsibilities would include the following:
Peace Hills General Insurance Company has been serving Western Canada since 1982 with home, auto and business insurance products. We currently employ over 300 staff who work with more than 1,000 broker offices across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, the Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon Territory.
