We are currently seeking an Senior QA Analyst to join our team. While Ontario is the preferred location, we welcome candidates from across Canada.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for system analysis, and decomposition of business and functional/system requirements to improve design, validate implementation and provide value to End Users.
• Collaborate with the Systems Analysts, Development Primes and Business Stakeholders to create and execute comprehensive implementation strategies ensuring functional quality and business requirement traceability.
• Progress reports highlighting delivery advancement, issues encountered, and mitigation strategies implemented.
• Create/assist in developing test strategies/plans for application validation.
• Verify system design, analyzing the results to determine usability and report observations to the project team.
• Support product delivery through all lifecycle phases from conceptual planning to design, validation, and production release.
• Build relationships and work collaboratively in teams to identify solutions and resolve variances from product/application specifications.
• Develop detailed documentation capturing system design, business use cases, end-to-end flows and testing scenarios for quality assurance.
• Provide support to Business Operations Teams for User Acceptance Testing and Operational Readiness Testing.
• Detailed reporting of system failures, tracking defect resolution to closure.
• Recommend and support development and implementation of process improvements to increase effectiveness and efficiency of Quality Assurance control.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferred University degree (Bachelors) in any field with a strong emphasis on critical thinking, analytical skills, or creative problem-solving (e.g., computer science, engineering, business, mathematics, social sciences, or related disciplines)
• 3+ years of experience as a QA Analyst, Business Analyst, Business Operations Analyst
• 3+ years of API testing experience
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to operate effectively and work under pressure in a complex, fast paced environment
• Advanced communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to juggle conflicting priorities and demands in a timely manner
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
