This is more than a Service Advisor positionits an opportunity to help build the culture standards and reputation of a brand-new dealership from day one. If youre passionate about helping people building relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences wed love to meet you.
As a Service Advisor youll be the key connection between our guests and the Service Department ensuring every customer receives a professional transparent and seamless service experience. Youll help build lasting relationships by communicating vehicle needs coordinating repairs and delivering outstanding service from check-in to vehicle delivery.
Responsibilities include:
Welcoming guests and managing the complete service experience from appointment scheduling through vehicle delivery
Building strong customer relationships through professional honest and transparent communication
Preparing accurate repair orders estimates and service documentation
Explaining recommended maintenance repairs and value-added services clearly and confidently
Communicating with Technicians to ensure accurate repairs and timely customer updates
Coordinating with the Parts Department to source required components and support efficient workflow
Managing customer inquiries through phone email and in-person interactions
Following up with customers after service visits to ensure satisfaction and encourage long-term loyalty
Supporting preventative maintenance recommendations and genuine Mitsubishi service solutions
Maintaining accurate records while ensuring dealership processes and OEM standards are followed
Contributing to a collaborative Service Department focused on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement
The ideal candidate:
Has previous automotive service customer service or dealership experience (an asset)
Provides exceptional customer service with professionalism empathy and integrity
Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
Is organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
Thrives in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
Demonstrates reliability accountability and a positive team-first attitude
Is comfortable using Dealer Management Systems (DMS) CRM platforms and service software
Has a commitment to learning growth and delivering exceptional results
Holds a valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Previous Service Advisor experience is considered an asset; however candidates with strong customer service skills and a passion for the automotive industry are encouraged to apply.
