  • Develop out-of-the box solutions for forecasting and workforce management strategies, and advancing best practices within the team and across PCO
  • Advance Operational Effectiveness’ strategy, maximizing synergies, enabling quality working relationships with business partners and stakeholders, including leading and directing cross-functional partners in their contribution of WMO
  • Lead projects with large degree of uncertainty, and significant change management implications, while striking a balance between business results and the organization’s culture and values services to various lines of business
  • In this role, you will communicate and interact frequently with RBC partners and/or employees located across Canada and/or worldwide

What will you need to succeed?
