Responsibilities

What You Will Be Doing :

As a Shipper / Receiver Clerk, you will play a critical role in inventory accuracy and smooth warehouse operations. Your daily responsibilities will include :

• Unpacking and inspecting received goods for damage and accurate piece counts.
• Preparing, assembling, and staging orders for shipment, ensuring proper identifying information and shipping labels are applied.
• Arranging carriers for outgoing customer shipments and coordinating customer pick-ups.
• Safely operating a forklift, hand truck, or other material handling equipment to load, unload, and store goods.
• Interfacing daily with an internal business system / ERP software to track product movement and maintain accurate inventory counts.
• Conducting monthly inventory cycle counts and verifying packing slips against purchase orders.
• Picking required orders for the assembly technician team.
• Performing final testing and shipping of products while assisting inside / outside sales staff as needed.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Role :

• High School Diploma is required
• Prior experience working in a shipping / receiving or warehouse environment is considered a strong asset.
• A valid Forklift Certification is an asset.
• Experience with inventory control, order management software, or specialized shipping software is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of occupational Health and Safety regulations.
• Excellent time-management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Must be able to provide a clear criminal record check
