You are an upcoming leader who is passionate about helping clients modernize their finance organizations and deliver meaningful business outcomes. You enjoy working with Finance leaders to solve complex business challenges and support transformation initiatives. You understand that Finance plays a critical role in driving enterprise value, and that empowered people, optimized processes, and enabling technologies are essential to successful transformation.

The work:

• Support clients in modernizing their finance functions by contributing to transformation strategies, operating model design, process improvements, and technology-enabled solutions.

• Analyze client challenges, apply finance transformation leading practices, and develop practical recommendations to address business and operational needs.

• Contribute to the design and delivery of finance transformation workstreams, including process redesign, future-state operating models, and business case development.

• Prepare high-quality client deliverables, analyses, presentations, and workshop materials while supporting project governance and delivery.

• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders through reliable delivery, collaboration, and proactive problem solving.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional Accenture teams and support knowledge sharing across projects.

• Help design future-state processes, operating models, and technology capabilities that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience.

• Support digital finance transformation initiatives by analyzing business requirements and helping define data, process, automation, analytics, workflow, and technology solutions (e.g., ERP, EPM, AI/GenAI, and other finance technologies).

• Research emerging finance technologies, industry trends, and leading practices to inform client recommendations and solution development.

• Contribute to business development by supporting proposal development, creating client materials, and participating in opportunity pursuits.

• Continuously build expertise in digital finance, analytics, AI, and the evolving CFO agenda to strengthen client delivery.

• Support the development of reusable assets, accelerators, methodologies, and thought leadership that enhance project delivery and practice growth.

Here’s what you need:

• 3+ years of finance transformation, finance process design (financial planning & analysis, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and/or record-to-report), or management consulting experience

• 3+ years of consulting or industry experience in one or more of the following sectors: Banking, Insurance, Consumer Goods & Retail, Natural Resources, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Health, or Public Sector.

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in business administration, commerce or a related discipline.

• Must be comfortable with travel up to 80%

• English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company’s activities to avoid this requirement.

Bonus points if:

• You have experience with ERP (SAP, Oracle, Workday) and/or EPM (SAC, Anaplan, OneStream) tools and technologies

• Experience or familiarity with Generative AI, Machine Learning, intelligent automation, or Agentic AI and their application to finance transformation, process optimization, decision support, and operational efficiency.

• You have experience supporting finance operating model design, process optimization, shared services, or finance modernization initiatives.

• Demonstrated contribution to proposal development, internal assets, thought leadership, or practice initiatives.

• You’ve got an MBA after your name or another type of advanced degree

• You are a CPA

• Bilingual (English/French)

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below. The recruiting efforts for this position are intended to fill a brand new position. The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role. It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
