Castle Electric is hiring a Site Supervisor – Residential Journeyman to lead high-end custom home and renovation projects across Greater Vancouver and the Tri-Cities. Hiring immediately.

We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor – Residential Journeyman — the on-site leader who owns the job from rough-in to final walkthrough and represents Castle Electric to the GC and homeowner every day.

The Role

• Lead and organize residential electrical projects from start to finish, working with your Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver efficiently.
• Run your crew of electricians and apprentices — daily toolbox talks, clear task assignments, then production alongside the team.
• Own the quality — pre-drywall and finishing checklists, deficiency prevention, inspection prep, and the end-of-project walkthrough.
• Hit the budget — track hours against the scope by phase and flag overruns early.
• Supervise and mentor apprentices and ensure all work meets code and quality standards.
• Order and manage materials through our wholesaler's app to keep jobs on schedule.
• Maintain site safety and clear communication with clients, GCs, designers, other trades, and the Castle Electric team.

What We're Looking For

• Red Seal Journeyman Electrician (required).
• 5+ years of experience in high-end custom homes or renovations — this is a must. Candidates with no custom home or renovation experience will not be considered.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of the current electrical code and residential systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design drawings.
• Confident troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable using apps, tablets, and digital project tools.
• Class B FSR designation and Lutron lighting control experience are strong assets.
• Positive attitude and pride in delivering quality workmanship.

Requirements

• Red Seal Journeyman Electrician (Certificate of Qualification).
• Proven custom home and renovation experience — applicants without experience in this field will not be considered.
• Valid BC Driver's License.
• Own basic hand tools, power tools, and an electrical meter.
• Smartphone (iPhone or Android) for company apps.
