The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and innovation in the development and integration of a comprehensive student support ecosystem. Applicants for the Associate Vice-President, Students position at the company should have a Master's degree in a relevant field, with additional credentials in enrolment management or related areas preferred. A minimum of 5 years' progressive senior leadership experience, particularly in a post-secondary environment, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic enrolment management, project leadership, and the administration of student services. Strong knowledge of student development theory, support models, and post-secondary systems is essential, as is experience in leading change initiatives and implementing technology solutions. The role demands exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as the ability to apply data analytics to inform decision-making and strategic planning. The AVPS will be expected to be a humble leader, fostering a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and respect, and to be adept at problem-solving, decision-making, and employee development.
