Job description
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Bodyshop Customer Service Representative to join Jim Pattison Collision & Glass. The ideal candidate will have collision repair industry experience and a strong background in customer service with the ability to guide customers through the repair process while delivering a professional and reassuring role is the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair journey requiring excellent communication skills attention to detail and the ability to manage customer expectations in a fast-paced : This is a full-time permanent position offering 40 hours per week. The regular schedule is Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a one-hour unpaid lunch role reports to the Collision UsA division of the Jim Pattison Group the Jim Pattison Auto Group was founded in 1961 by Jimmy Pattison when he purchased a GM franchise. Today the Jim Pattison Auto Group encompasses 28 locations across Western Canada representing 16 automotive brands. Learn more about us here: day in the lifeActing as the body shops front-line customer relations and service representative the Customer Service Representativeis responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while providing administrative support to the repair facility team.
