Facilities & Maintenance Lead

WHAT YOULL DO

Role:

We are seeking a talentedFacilities & Maintenance Leadto join ourFacilitiesteam. We are looking for someone withsupervisorymanufacturing experience and commitment to preventative maintenance& expansion. This role will report to the Facility Maintenance Manager and will be integral to an efficient manufacturing operation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the maintenance team in performingday to daypreventive predictive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment andongoingproductionexpansionwithfacility systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment malfunctions escalating issues when necessary.
• Assistin coordinatingexternal contractors for specialized services repairs and facility upgrades.
• Monitor andmaintainbuilding systems including HVAC electrical plumbing compressed air and fire suppression.
• Maintain a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track& reviewwork orders maintenance schedules and equipment history.
• Support inroot cause analysis (RCA) efforts for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain proper inventory levels of critical spare parts and consumables.
• Develop and deliver training for maintenance staff to build technical skills and ensure safe work practices.
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues and supporton-call24/7 operations as needed.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical electrical hydraulic pneumatic and PLC-based systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of building infrastructure systems including HVAC compressed air water and electrical distribution.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings schematics manuals and equipment specifications.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with the ability to quicklyidentifyroot causes and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and develop technical staff.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) and basic project management tools

WHO YOU ARE

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Minimum of 3 years of experience
• Legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

• Supervisor Role/Lead Experience.
• Experience in maintenance manufacturing.
• Experience installingmaintaining troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing industrial machinery.
• Experience withRoboticAutomation &PLCs Control Schematics.
• Scissor Lift experience.
