Job description
Intégrez Postes Canada comme Expert en Relations du Travail à Edmonton, un poste permanent à temps plein pour un professionnel en ressources humaines avisé. Apportez votre expertise en gestion des griefs et en arbitrage dans un environnement dynamique. Vous serez responsable de conseiller les différents partenaires commerciaux sur l'interprétation des conventions collectives. En plus, vous gérerez la résolution des griefs, tout en favorisant de solides relations entre la direction et les syndicats. Votre rôle inclut la gestion des procédures d'arbitrage et l'analyse des tendances du secteur des relations du travail.
