This is a unique opportunity to help establish the organization's governance foundation and shape its future direction. The Board will work collaboratively to provide strategic oversight, steward the organization's mission and resources, and support the delivery of accessible, high-quality, patient-centered primary care. Directors will be responsible for defining the Board's culture, practices, and priorities, and ensuring effective governance, accountability, and responsible decision-making. The ideal candidates will have a broad spectrum of governance competencies, including strategic planning, financial oversight, risk management, quality and performance, human resources, health system knowledge, community engagement, and organizational development. The successful candidates for the Board of Directors at the company will be expected to exercise their fiduciary responsibilities by contributing to strategic planning, financial and risk oversight, quality and performance monitoring, and the development of sound governance policies. They should bring thoughtful judgment, an understanding of the communities served, and a commitment to collaboration, equity, and continuous improvement. As ambassadors for the organization, Directors will also help strengthen relationships and advance its role within the broader health system, academic community, and local community. The company is particularly interested in candidates with demonstrated board experience, sound judgment, a collaborative approach, and a strong commitment to the organization's mission and communities.
