THE ROLE
As the Senior Manager / Manager QA, Omni Technology, you will:
- Implement structured testing that ensures functionality, identifying and addressing deficiencies, balancing manual and automated testing to maximize coverage and resource efficiency and to deliver high-quality solutions
- Establish and continuously refine QA processes and a strategic test approach for Omni Technology
- Lead the development and implementation of scalable and comprehensive test plans
- Participate in the entire technology project lifecycle, from planning and design through execution and release, ensuring quality is maintained at every stage
- Partner with the QA automation engineering team to seamlessly integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline, driving continuous delivery and ensuring efficient, scalable test execution across all environments
- Lead defect triage and resolution, ensuring efficient prioritization, tracking, and closure of issues while leveraging root cause analysis to implement preventative measures
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Senior Manager / Manager QA, Omni Technology has:
- Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certificationsDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management, or related field is an assetProven experience in leading and mentoring QA teams, fostering a culture of growth and developmentExperience in test automation (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Tosca), performance testing (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner), and CI/CD pipelinesProficient in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, ensuring effective integration and continuous delivery across diverse development environmentsStrong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners to align objectives and deliver resultsProven experience in developing and implementing test strategies for complex, high-impact projects with a focus on scalability, quality, and efficiencyExceptional leadership, mentorship, and communication skills, with the ability to drive team performanceExcellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilitiesA growth mindset and commitment to continuous development and improvement

THE COMPENSATION
At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
The range for roles at this level is $100,000 - $300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
