The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership in the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. This role involves overseeing the medical staff, ensuring the implementation of best practices, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. The Chief Medical Officer will also play a key role in the development and execution of the organization's clinical and research strategies, with a focus on advancing the health and well-being of children and youth. Applicants for the Chief Medical Officer position at the company should be experienced in a senior medical leadership role, with a strong background in pediatric medicine. The role requires a deep commitment to the values of equity, cultural safety, and sustainability, as well as a proven track record in collaborative decision-making and dyad leadership.
