Job Description (English)

As our clientsnextSolution Architect Salesforce you will providetechnical leadership indesigning developingand governingSalesforce solutions andrelated CRM technologiesacross the enterprise. You will bridgebusiness needs ITcapabilities vendor solutions and governance requirementsto deliver scalable secure and high-performing Salesforce architecturesthat align withorganizational goals andenhance client experiences.

Accountabilities

• Lead the designof scalable Salesforcesolution architecturesincluding custom development configuration integrations and Salesforce-adjacentplatforms.

• Designand oversee integrationsbetween Salesforce andenterprise applications ensuring secure andreliable data exchange.

• Partner with projectmanagement and productdelivery teams todefine technical requirements identify risks andensure successful projectexecution.

• Serve as thesubject matter experton Salesforce architecture implementation integrationbest practices andplatform governance.

• Collaborate with engineering security data andbusiness stakeholders toensuretechnical solutions alignwith business objectivesand enterprise standards.

• Develop and maintainlong-term architecturalroadmaps that supportevolving business capabilitiesand strategic priorities.

• Evaluate and recommendSalesforce modules tools and technologiesto support currentand future CRMinitiatives.

• Establish and promotearchitecture standardsdesign patterns governanceframeworks and bestpractices across theorganization.

• Share knowledgeand mentor architectureand engineering teamsto improve technicalconsistency and operationalefficiency.

• Incorporate cybersecurity risk management fraudprevention and compliancerequirements into allsolution designs.

• Balance competing prioritieswhile ensuring timelydelivery of high-quality architectural solutions.

Technical & ProfessionalExperience

• Extensive experience inSalesforce Solution Architectureincluding Salesforce configuration customization development deployment and enterpriseintegrations.

• Strong expertise withSalesforce Core DataCloud (Data 360) and AgentForcecomponents.

• Experience designing andimplementing API integrations middleware solutionssecurity best practices data migration anddata synchronization.

• Strong understanding ofenterprise architectureprinciples systems integration and scalable applicationdesign.

• Experience working acrosscross-functional teams including engineeringsecurity data product and business stakeholders.

• Strong knowledgeof governance frameworks architecture standards and solution designbest practices.

• Demonstrated ability toevaluate technology solutionsand recommend platformsthat support long-termbusiness objectives.

• Strong consulting communication stakeholder management and problem-solvingskills.

• Experience within financialservices or otherhighly regulated industriesis considered anasset.

• Familiarity with GoogleWorkspace and GoogleCloud Platform isan asset.

• Demonstrated ability tobalance strategic architecturalplanning with tacticalproject delivery.

Education

• Bachelors degree inComputer Science InformationTechnology Engineering or an equivalentdiscipline is required.

Certifications

One or moreof the followingcertifications are consideredan asset:

• Salesforce CertifiedApplication Architect

• Salesforce Certified SystemArchitect

• Salesforce Certified TechnicalArchitect (CTA)

• Salesforce Platform DeveloperCertification(s)

• TOGAF or equivalentEnterprise Architecturecertification
