Vice President of Human Resources About the Company Innovative manufacturer of high-performance coatings Industry Building Materials Type Privately Held Founded 1995 Employees 11-50 Specialties - epoxies - polyaspartics - polyurethanes - epoxy - casting and countertop - floor coatings - and flooring About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to join their dynamic and high-growth organization. The successful candidate will be a strategic HR leader with a proven track record in international environments, capable of addressing both short- and long-term human capital challenges. This role is pivotal in shaping and leading a top-tier HR function, with a focus on designing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's ambitious growth objectives. The VP of HR will be a key member of the leadership team, working closely with the President and executives to modernize HR programs, ensure compliance with labor laws, and lead organizational transformation initiatives. Candidates for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, with more than 10 years' experience as an HR business partner or manager. Essential qualifications include expertise in talent development, total rewards, and a strong entrepreneurial spirit. The ideal candidate will be a true HR business partner, adept at aligning HR strategies with operational priorities, and will demonstrate initiative, energy, and motivation to support the organization's expansion. Bilingual proficiency in French and English is a must. Personal qualities should include a commitment to the company's values, a culture of innovation, and the ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment. The role demands a results-oriented individual with excellent analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a focus on continuous improvement.
