Chief Executive Officer (CEO) About the Company Well-established hospital foundation Industry Fund-Raising Type Non Profit Founded 1985 Employees 11-50 About the Role The Company is in search of a President and CEO to lead its philanthropic efforts in support of community-based healthcare. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing visionary leadership and strategic direction for all fundraising and operational activities, with a focus on an ambitious capital campaign to support the development of a new hospital. This role involves overseeing the planning and execution of comprehensive fundraising programs, including major gifts, planned giving, community campaigns, and special events. The President and CEO will work closely with the Hospital's senior leadership, board, donors, and community partners to ensure alignment with healthcare priorities and to foster a culture of philanthropy and donor engagement. Applicants for the President and CEO position at the company should be accomplished fundraising leaders with a proven track record in capital campaign and major gift development. The ideal candidate will be a systems thinker, possess strong relationship-building skills, and have the ability to engender trust and confidence across diverse audiences. A values-based, transparent, and collaborative leadership style is essential, as is a deep understanding of governance in a not-for-profit environment. The role requires a passion for community-based healthcare, a strong solutions orientation, and the ability to build and inspire a high-functioning team.
