$18.20 /hour to start, with a guaranteed increase to $19.20/hour after 90 days.

The job
We are looking for our next Shift Manager! To ensure our leaders are fully set up for success, this position begins with a 3-month development period as an Area Leader. During your first 90 days, you will start at $18.20/hour. This time allows you to master our operational standards, build rapport with the crew and prove your ability to run the floor. Upon successfully completing this 3-month probationary period, you will officially transition to the Shift Manager role and receive a pay increase to $19.20/hour.

Your vibe and experience

While previous experience working in food service or retail as a barista, server, sales associate, cashier, team member, or customer sales representative as a manager is always helpful and appreciated, what is most important is who you are.

You lead by example and are accountable. You have high expectations and consistently raise the bar for yourself and your team. When confronted with a situation, you can assess and problem-solve with confidence. You put people before profit, knowing that creating a positive culture leads to happier, more engaged staff who will deliver a better experience for your guests.
