About the Role

Evisort Engineering is growing! As a Software Engineer (Front End), you’ll join a collaborative, cross-functional team working to enhance and expand our AI-driven contract management platform. You’ll work closely with engineers, product managers, data scientists, and designers to help deliver scalable, user-centric solutions that transform how legal and business teams manage their contracts. Your technical contributions and team-first mindset will play a key role in delivering high-impact products that scale our AI capabilities and help global organizations simplify complex business processes.

You Will

• Collaborate with engineering, data science, product, and design teams to build and evolve our vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Participate in a supportive, iterative team culture that values curiosity, learning, and strong engineering practices
• Contribute to the growth and success of your teammates through knowledge sharing and mentorship
• Take ownership of multiple functional areas in our platform — from development to production (“you build it, you run it”)

About You

We are open to hiring a Career or Senior-level engineer for this role:

Basic Qualifications (Career)

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering
• 2+ years of experience with Typescript and React
• Bachelor's degree in a computer related field or equivalent work experience

Basic Qualifications (Senior)

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering
• 5+ years of experience with Typescript and React
• Bachelor's degree in a computer related field or equivalent work experience

Other Qualifications

• Familiarity with multiple programming languages and paradigms a plus
• Experienced in building and operating SaaS products in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
• Experienced in the technologies and tradeoffs involved in building modern distributed systems
• Advanced knowledge of modern software development practices (devops, automated testing, observability, etc)
• Successful track record of operating as part of cross-functional teams in fast-paced, agile environments
• Highly effective communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with legal professionals
• Eager to work openly and collaboratively with a diverse team
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity to turn hard problems into clear and compelling solutions through reasoning and research

Workday Pay Transparency Statement

Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location: CAN.BC.Vancouver Primary Location Base Pay Range: $112,000 CAD - $168,000 CAD Primary CAN Base Pay Range: $140,000 - $210,000 CAD
