Our client, a well-established and constantly evolving Quebec company, is looking for a Financial Controller to support its growth and actively contribute to its financial directions.
In this strategic role, you will be called upon to assist management in its business decisions while ensuring the stability and evolution of financial operations. You will occupy a key position where your expertise, judgment, and ability to mobilize a team will have a concrete impact on the organization.
Reporting directly to management, you will be responsible for overseeing financial activities, guiding the accounting team, and continuously improving processes.
You will participate in both the solidity of daily operations and the reflections surrounding the future development of the company.
You enjoy understanding the operations behind the numbers.
You are capable of identifying improvement opportunities, building efficient processes, and implementing practices that enhance performance.
You appreciate environments where decisions are made quickly, ideas are welcomed, and your contribution is recognized.
