Role Overview
The HR Lead - Learning & Development supports employee capability building through
structured training programs and learning initiatives. The role focuses on designing and
facilitating training, tracking learning outcomes through data insights, mentoring team members,
and coordinating support activities to ensure smooth delivery of volunteers' learning initiatives.
