310T Truck and Coach Technician – $5,000 Recruitment & Retention Bonus

We’re looking for a 310T Licensed Truck and Coach Technician to perform routine maintenance, complex repairs on semi-trucks, trailer alignments, diagnostics, electrical work, install bushings, kingpin shocks, and more. This full-time, permanent role is based in our Osgoode, ON store.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform a wide range of general mechanical services, including brake and suspension repairs, engine diagnostics, and routine maintenance.
  • Mentor and coach apprentices by sharing your expertise and supporting their skill development in a learning-focused environment.
  • Collaborate with a skilled team while working on various vehicles, from standard passenger cars to light trucks.
  • Identify potential mechanical service opportunities in partnership with the Sales team.
  • Maintain the highest standards of safety and quality in all tasks.

Qualifications:
  • Fully licensed as a Heavy Duty Technician (310T or Red Seal certified).
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Brings a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with front-end brakes, shocks, and wheel alignments.
  • Experienced in performing inspections, diagnostics, adjustments, servicing, and repairs on a variety of vehicles.
  • Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
