Job description
Lead operations as a Team Lead at DSV in Pointe-Claire, Quebec, ensuring operational excellence and supporting customer satisfaction. This role involves coaching, performance management, and continuous improvement. As a Team Lead, you will oversee daily operations, manage customer requirements, and enhance team performance. You will also serve as the main point of contact for escalated customer inquiries while ensuring adherence to company policies and operational standards within a warehouse or logistics setting. Key Responsibilities: • Drive daily and monthly operational performance • Fulfill customer contract requirements swiftly • Interact with support teams to resolve service issues • Develop and mentor team members through training • Facilitate Continuous Improvement Process workshops Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • At least 1 year in customer service and operations • Experience in logistics, distribution, or third-party logistics • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and WMS applications • Excellent leadership and planning skills Make a difference at DSV as a Team Lead focused on team success and customer satisfaction in Pointe-Claire. #J-18808-Ljbffr
