We are looking for a Full-Time Operations Support to join our Stellar Industrial Sales branch located in Dartmouth, NS. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the ideal candidate will be technically handy, have experience in retail, of Hydraulics, Belting, Industrial Hose, safety, tools and industrial items. This role requires the capability to perform customer service representative duties, including effective use of computers and supporting customers at the front counter.

Principle Responsibilities
- Support warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products.
- Assist the hose production team with assembly and production tasks as required.
- Provide support to the sales team by preparing orders, assisting with customer requests, and completing administrative or operational tasks.
- Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts.
- Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and safe.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (training provided where applicable).
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
- Follow company policies and health and safety procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support daily business operations.
Required knowledge and training
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical education or training is considered an asset.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in face to face retail is considered a strong asset.
- Technically inclined with the ability to understand and work with Hydraulics, Belting, Industrial Hose, safety, tools, industrial items and related products considered and asset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple orders and tasks.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with an energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
- Forklift Operator Safety Training is an asset.
- Experience in industrial trades would be considered an asset.
- Willing and able to work overtime when needed to meet customer requirements.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers, Territory Managers, and internal departments.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Must be currently living in the area
