- Strong mathematical and analytical skills for accurate flooring measurements and cost estimation.
- Minimum 5 years experience in flooring, tile, and / or construction.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure precise installation and alignment of tiles.
- Proficient knowledge of different tile materials, patterns and installation techniques.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, suppliers and other team members.
- Time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines. May be required to handle multiple flooring and tile / bathroom estimates simultaneously.
- Problem solving abilities to identify and resolve issues during the estimation process.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for flooring estimation and project management.
This is a sub contractor position and is available immediately. Located in Canmore / Banff. Must have drivers license and own vehicle.
