Accounts Receivable Clerk (Temp)

Our agriculture machinery client in Calgary is currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to help their team temporarily for 5-8 weeks. They require someone with hands-on experience in invoicing, payment posting, and customer account maintenance. Strong organizational and communication skills with a solid understanding of accounting principles and a commitment to supporting accurate financial records and timely collections. Responsibilities :

• Enter and update accounts receivable transactions.
• Set up and maintain customer invoice files.
• Enter and post service / product invoices.
• Receiving, sorting, and verifying invoices to ensure accuracy.
• Liaising with clients regarding outstanding invoices and responding to all inquiries.
• Track, monitor and process payments.
• Data entry and filing.
• Other responsibilities as required.
