Job description
Drive impactful fundraising efforts as the Annual Giving Development Officer at Calgary Humane Society. Be instrumental in creating sustainable donor experiences and revenue growth through innovative strategies. In this full-time role, reporting to the Director of Philanthropy, you will enhance annual giving, donor stewardship, and digital fundraising initiatives. You will need at least four years of progressive fundraising experience to effectively manage donor relations and execute integrated campaigns that resonate with supporters. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute annual giving strategy for revenue growth • Manage donor portfolios through targeted campaigns and stewardship • Lead planning and evaluation of fundraising initiatives • Create compelling donor communications and fundraising appeals • Ensure campaigns align with organizational priorities Requirements: • Minimum 4 years of fundraising experience • Proven success in managing annual giving programs • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions • Proficiency in using donor databases and CRM systems • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Support animal welfare through innovative donor engagement strategies at the Calgary Humane Society. #J-18808-Ljbffr
