Job description
Take charge as a Sales Manager in Sudbury, focusing on technical solutions and client relationships. Lead a team to achieve sales objectives while enhancing customer engagement and loyalty. Reporting to the General Manager, you will develop sales strategies, mentor your team, and build lasting relationships with customers. This role requires a deep understanding of mechanical products to support your selling efforts and optimize client satisfaction. Your leadership will directly influence revenue generation and corporate goals. Key Responsibilities: • Lead sales of technical products and ensure revenue maximization • Execute strategic sales plans for Sudbury and Northern Ontario • Engage with engineers to facilitate complex sales closures • Manage the hiring and training of sales representatives • Build and maintain relationships with existing accounts Requirements: • At least 6 years of experience in technical sales • Strong understanding of valve and pump products • Proven sales pipeline development skills • Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Excellent negotiation and influence abilities Bring your sales expertise and leadership to drive technical solution sales in Sudbury. #J-18808-Ljbffr
